Start a discussion Composer sidebar settings

Hello,

I would like to have an option in the blog composer to select the ED category where we want to start a discussion in ED.
Not a block to insert, a setting in the sidebar...

This way when blog categories and ED categories do not match we can manually select:
- to start a discussion or not
- to select the ED category where the discussion will be created.

Would it be possible to add the following options/features:

1- Start the discussion Without content (IMPORTANT)
- - only the blog title is displayed with a link to the Blog post
- - in the content area of the question: Discuss the post ***POST NAME-linked to EB*** written by **User X**

2- Start the discussion With EB styling - Keep EB styling (COULD BE IMPLEMENTED LATER)
- - A possibility to keep the identical layout/styling of EB post

3- Start the discussion with Standard behavior (ALREADY AVAILABLE)
- - The actual behavior, displays just like it does now
