some issues

#1 its about account deletion ... after a user removes they profile ... the account should just be disabled ... not deleted ... see screenshot

#2 need to be able to add a value for " day " and " year " when using " birthday " field.

#3 also need to be able to change " select a value " when using " dropdown list" field.

#4 is it possible to have the dropdown list with " Depending Fields " ... if i for example use dropdown list to list cities ...

london > london north
> london east
> london west

midland > north
> east
