Social Network Profiles on EasySocial Profile Page

Is there a way to show/display a User's Social Networks (FB, LI, Twitter, etc) on their EasySocial Profile page?

Fields for a user's social networks are available in EasyDiscuss, but if you integrate EasySocial into EasyDiscuss as the primary/default Profile mechanism (as I have done), you no longer have access to those fields/cannot display a user's social networks on their profile (other than Skype which is offered as a field option in ES).

I might just be overlooking something obvious, but shouldn't we have fields for showing a user's social networks on their social/community profile page (instead of in a forum only)? Looking for a way to show a user's social networks (linkable) on their user profile page in EasySocial -
