Social media auto feed

Hi

Hope you are well - since my new website installation, the Dlvr.it URLs of each post are not being fed to twitter and fb -any idea how i can make this happen? I have checked within DLVR.it and its set up to run but i have a feeling it's something to do with the feed url?
