I have a few problems in setting up the app:

  • Under "select a category" I do not want a default category. I want to make sure that users select a category - how can I remove the default category?
  • Can we change the category if the enquirer chose an incorrect category?
    Under "type of question" - the order is not the way I have ordered it. It is the wrong way round, how do I change that?
    Under "support is currently offline / online" - where can I edit the text - I want to mention that we are in South Africa, otherwise the available times makes absolutely no sense.
