Site Menu Missing & Google Adsense Issues

I recently upgraded to EasyBlog 5 and noticed a couple of issues after the upgrade...

• My site menu dis appeared! Not sure why.
  
• Google Adsense code displays at the top and bottom of each post, but I am not using Adsense and cannot figure out how to turn that off.
