Since update the Blog version i can't see the menu in public mode

Hi, i update the Blog a few days ago, but now i can't see all menu sections in "public" mode. I have to login as a registered member to see all menus. I check in the backend and all sections are in public mode. I think its a conflict but i don't know how to fix it. Please help.
