Simple Sharing Buttons instead of Share This Pop up

Currently for social sharing everywhere (On Profile Header, Page, group etc..) have a sharing button which on clicking opens a popup where user has to select from a list of networks.

I need to show direct buttons for social share "Facebook & Twitter" without popup. The main reason is to reduce the number of clicks and ease of sharing.

Can you kindly point out in which file do i have to customize.
