Sidebar, Textbox, Logininfo, Points

Hey guys,

I hope its ok that I continue asking questions - its just that I need to fnish my site soon! Thank you.
I have four more questions (I tried to find answers in the forums , however I could find it all).
So my questions are:

1) In some threads you already mentioned how to remove the left sidebar (with news feed and apps in it). In the desktop version its ok, however in the mobile version its really not cool and needs lots of loadingtime to disappear. Can you help me with this?

2) I already asked it once, but it is quite essential for us: We need to have the possibility to write ones position under his/her name on the profile. Can we hack the profile page for that, how could we do that?

3) I want to change in the back-end that no user sees all the login information (I mean who logged in and when), thats not important. I couldn't find how to turn it off for everybody.

4) Last thing is that I don't know where to see ones user points. It is important for us that the administrator gives user points to certain users and everybody could see that (best would be the amount of points in total on the profile).
