Sidebar modules and filters

1. How do I change/delete/re-order the left sidebar modules on groups, pages, events etc? For example moving all the categories modules to the top of the sidebar or moving the event calendar module from left to right sidebar. Replacing the Random Groups, Random members, Random albums on the groups category page?

2. How do I change the style of module to a drop-down? For example the Groups/Pages/Events module that lists all, featured, my etc.

3. Is it possible to create groups/pages/events custom filter modules like you can do for people? For example I create a custom field in group creation that says "City," I want to make that accessible as a custom filter that shows up on the main group page so if a user chooses a city from the drop-down and it shows all the relevant groups.

Also how do I update my domain license?
