Short urls don't work

Hello! I'm trying to make short urls for user pages, i turn on "Allow Simple Urls" but it is not work..
After "Allow Simple Urls", urls for new users looks like this - http://dance-space.ru/ru/?option=com_easysocial&view=profile&id=576350&Itemid=302
if i turn off this setting i have like this - http://dance-space.ru/ru/profile/576350-sofiya-bogatyreva
(you can inspect it by test user)

for old users it always looks like this - http://dance-space.ru/sofiya-bogatyreva
(you can inspect it by super user)

So.. i need what all users have short urls like this - http://dance-space.ru/sofiya-bogatyreva
PLZ HELP!
