Setting for number of videos I can embed?

I have a vague recollection of running into this problem before.

I recently posted a video as Paul David Murray

“Frame.io Update & Remote FCPX Collaboration!”

Which I can see here on my profile in the video section:

But not on the stream page:

Posting a video as “BRUCE the YAK”

“Bohemian Rhapsody's Terrible Editing - A Breakdown”

Which I can see here on the BRUCE profile in the video section:

Is this just me or does this not make much sense.

The only thing I can think of is that there is a limit for the number of videos a user can upload?

If so it would also be nice to have some kind of warning or dialogue?

I have looked in the ES back end and documentation but can find nothing,
