Set up locations but nothing seems to work

Hey guys, so i've set up the APIs for maps and places but nothing seems to show up, won't detect my location (even is i allow the browser) also adding address doens't do any thing.

Any ideas?

I've checked console APIs are connecting but not showing any thing
