Hi,
I would like to set up the reply function only for the user who creates the question and the manager assign to reply to that particular question.
Also, I would like to set permissions to all the others register users to post comments to that topic.
In another words, to post a question or a comment, users must be log-in. But only the user who creates the topic and the manager assigned to that topic should be able to reply. All the others register users only can add comments.
