Set Max and Min Forum Tile (question) chaeacter length

I can't find this in the options already so I will suggest it as a feature. I would like to set the minimum and maximum amount of characters that can be entered for the title of a topic/question. Currently there only seems to be a minimum post length option for the post content but not for the topic title min/max characters.
