I have a seo problem. This is an url to an article

The article is in magasinet/opplevelser/
When i go trough the showcase module in frontthe url is
http://www.lofoten.com/nb/magasinet/historie/1-magasinet/291-sykler-fra-lofoten-til-nordkapp
Why is the url different ? how to fix this ?
I also need a module for showing the articles (listing) from a spesific category with filter on tag, how do i solve this ?
