Search Settings to Select which Finder Plugin/Filter

Currently, ES Search will include all Joomla Finder plugins. Please read my forum post here.

When all of the search filters are included and your website has a lot of content types, in turn you will also get a lot of search results that probably most of the hits are not relevant to what you are trying to search while in ES pages. With this reason, perhaps a Search Settings for ES is a probable solution. Within the settings, site owners will be able to see and select what types of filter they want ES to include in its search.
