Search field keeps reloading which clicking down to select user

When i click part of a username in the search fields it gives me recommendations in a little box that appears, if i then use my keyboard arrows to click down, it just reloads the content in that box. I tried to take a Print Screen of it while it's happening but it just disappears when i do the PrintScreen shortcut.
Please help.
