Hi,
On my system, if a user wants to add other users, a list is given of available users and each user is designated by a username. If they want to search for users, however, they need to search by the user's real name, usernames do not show up on my search. As you can imagine, this is a bit confusing and also unworkable, as it means once a friend has been added by username, that person can no longer be found by searching for their username.
1. Is there any way to allow users to search for other users by username?
2. Alternatively, can I set it so that real names are the default for adding users and show on profiles?
