there was a feature request in the old voice system for scheduled status messages.
to avoid that this is lost i request this again.
please make it possible to schedule new status messages in the stream.
and to extend this feature, add also a view for the planed scheduled items that moderators/publishers/admins can manage this or reschedule when it is necessary.
