Says EasyBlog subscription expired even though I've just renewed

Hi.
Just renewed my EasyBlog subscription along with adding in EasySocial. When I try to download the latest version of EB, I can't as it says the subscription has expired (says expired today!).
My Reference ID is ###
Could you please rectify this so I can download the latest version?
