I am having issues with the group task system. I have it set up so that when one user creates a task they lose points and when the assigned user resolves the task they are supposed to gain points. The task assignment points deduction works fine, but there are no points awarded when the assigned user marks the task resolved. Here are my questions:
1) I have the task app installed, but when it is opened all tasks assigned show already resolved. This doesn't seem right to me and do not see any sort of configuration to change that. Is this why the tasks are not generating points maybe?
2) Is there a place where the tasks can be marked completed by the assigned user other than in the task app? I do not see anything on the milestone page that indicates a place for the task to be completed. Only shows the ability to delete the task.
3) I do not understand what the ability to create a task in stream is. There are no instructions to guide how this done or what it is supposed to allow the user to do. I have tried hovering over a user's name in the group to see if it gave any options to create a task, but there are no options. Please explain the function a little.
4) I would like for only the group owner to be able to assign tasks. Is there any place for this to be set?
ng or if you ned to look at my points configuration. I have provided backend access in case I am simply missing a settiI know I have a lot of questions and do apologize, but the task function coupled with the points system are vital to my community and I am needing to understand it a bit more.
