Request Verification Text

Hi There,

I can't seems to find this text in the language files:

Once your account is marked as verified, a blue verified badge would appear on your profile and other sections on the site. This lets people know that your account is authentic and credible. This request is subject to approval from the site owners.

Is this a language translation? I would like to change the ending text that says "...site owners." to "...site administrator."
