When you share a photo and someone repost it in the stream, the counter shows that person.
But if you open the photo in the popup and repost it there, the counter shows only the persons who have shared in the popup.
It is the same photo. But the popup is counted separately.
It should however be no matter whether someone repost a photo, in the stream or in the popup.
