Replace main content in the homepage with the Latest Posts Module

Hello, i want to replace the main content of the homepage with the Latest Posts Module but i cant figure out how.

I made two screenshots that explain better the problem. I hope you can help me.

I´m working on local so i can´t send you access to the page. I don´t know if this information is enough.
