Repeated failure to update? Unwanted point rating for admin on legal notices.

I continually get the pink warning not up to date, despite seemingly have successfully run the script again and again.

I would prefer that my Admin posts and these legal notices in particular not have Points and so forth at bottom at smarted.today under menu About Our Site/ Legal Stuff. How may I eliminate all of the extra stuff and commenting (whatever) and just have the notices for these posts especially. For instance a specific category of article (I had to do this manually in EasyDiscuss).
