I missed my Easy Social update.
Was it not the case in the past that there was an email notification saying:
a) Your subscription is running out in X days?
b) Renew it now and get a discount.
Maybe I am remembering this incorrectly. Frankly I am not sure!
However I am wondering if this possibly has something to do with this here:

i.e. I only updated my account after the “recent malicious event on our partner's site”
Maybe this is a more general issue!?!
