Renewal of EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss is not showing up on my Dashboard

Hello, I renewed my EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss purchases on 27th November and completed the payment successfully and got the renewal delivery information email as well. But when I check the dashboard, it does not show up there. The expiration dates do not reflect the renewal.
