Removing SEO Option in EasyBlogs for Users

Is there a way to remove the EasyBlog's "SEO" option. I attached a picture showing what I am referencing. We will have a wide variety of users with a varying skillset. To avoid a million questions about this I was hoping to have it removed either entirely or by permission basis.
