Remove Managers from points system?

Hi,

I have a user with Manager credentials to do site and community maintenance. He is responsible for adding Jreviews listings and commenting on things. Since he is always adding listings and images he will always be #1 in the ranking. Is there away to remove this one user from the points system and the badge system entirely? So that he doesn't accrue points, badges nor appear in the ranking? I have managers set up with their own EasySocial profile.
