Remove "Featured entries" Heading and RSS button

Hi there

I'm trying to remove the heading "Featured entries" from my "Featured Blogs Layout" menu item. I want to display only the blog entries, with no heading at the top of the page. I'm comfortable altering code, just no idea where to change this.

I would also like to remove the second "Subscribe to RSS" link (subscribing to the Featured part of the blog, not the general blog subscription).

I'm using the origami theme, if that means anything.
