Registration Page Issues

This should be an easy question.
I am needing to change the registration page so there are not so many fields, how can I do this? Currently the registration page is way way to long for our users, so I just want to make a simple registration page where they only need to put in there name (one one line), user name, email, password. Certainly not the 3 page registration page that it currently has.
This must be possible...

I have attached a photo: When I click on the Registration tab within the joomla/easysocial tab, the attached photo is all I have to choose from.
