Registering

Hi another small issue here. When viewing site as a guest and i click to Register, it takes me to the right page but everything is in red and also stating: There was some error in the registration form. Please proceed with full registration..
It is as if i already clicked the Continue button on the bottom without filling in any fields. Pls see attached.

I have also selected the option for a quick register but nothing comes up.
