When I log in as a user (registered) I am allowed to posts on closed messages because all the regular users have moderator status, I checked the config several times. That's not oke

Secondly often (not always( when I log out as a user I get a 404 presented stating
404 Sorry, maar het bericht dat u probeert te benaderen is niet beschikbaar. | Sorry but the message that you want to open is not available
One remark the languge files are a mess, the Dutch seems Dutch but then still items are coming from the Englisch language file, I spend hours on translating specific items in EN-en to Dutch and still there remain items that need to be translated in the En languge file, Beats me I dont get ik, has it to do with fronted backend? Just to know
