Refund Please!

Hi, i just ordered Easy Social but unfortunately i found that the functionality doesn't meet my requirements, i was trying to find the way to save the medical information of the users of my hospital creating a profile for each one of them but your posts and privacy settings couldn't support what i was looking for. I would like to know how to get my money back, I've already uninstalled it from my website.
