Referral Code is not subtracted in invoices.

I set the setting for the referral code, but it is not subtracted on the invoice. The message says "Referral Code Applied to the Invoice Successful", but in reality it is not the truth.
The e-mail to code share works, and the code sent too.
Can you help me? I need it to go on.
