Redirect login and complete registration issues

Hi Stacked Team,

I'm having some issues, first one is when i log in my site the redirect doesn't go to where i assigned it to go. Second is when the option comes on the page to finish completing the registration form and i go to complete it, once i get down to the birthday field and enter my birthday it resets the previous information highlighted in yellow. At first I didn't notice this so I went to save the info and I got an error message. Once I noticed it doing this I filled out the birthday registration first then went back up and filled the other info out and It went through correctly BUT it deleted my avatar photo so I had to upload it again from my album.
