Rating - no check on repeated votes

Hi, I just bought Komento Pro and enabled the rating, that is one of the plus feature of Komento with respect to other comment systems: unfortunately I discovered that the component does not check if the same user is voting multiple times on the same article and so voting becomes of little usage, since for example an author can vote 1000 times its own article and raise that reputation in a false way...
Could you please add this check (it should be an easy query that disable setting ratings when the user has already voted)?
