Rating item and no need for email even though it's required

System says email is required but at front end .. not required for a guest

Also, I've got this rate this item thing appear since last upgrade of Komento and I don't know where to turn it off -- I'm guessing there are bugs. Joomla 2.5.20 .. and latest Komento.
