Quicklinks to other ED Categories in other languages with "Recent Discussions"

Hi there
Our Community is in four Languages (DE, FR, IT, EN). Now, we are searching a possibility to display on a Category page in german some quick links with the "Recent Discussions" Module. But the Language filter mecanism filter all other languages... – Is ther a possibility to display Discussion from an other Category in an other language?
