I am hoping to setup a Q&A on our company website using EasyDiscuss. Can someone explain this feature and how it is used in EasyDiscuss. I see the option to enable the feature, but not sure how it changes the use of EasyDiscuss.
What I am looking to do is post a question with an answer. Is it possible to allow users to comment and add to the Q&A post if I want. Is it also possible when enabling Q&A, to use EasyDiscuss as a forum? I would like to have my employees ask questions which our Admin staff can answer. Can you convert these post to a Q&A post? Thanks for the help.
