Push notification urls not resolving to the comment level

I am noticing that the urls from push notifications about comments are not taking the user to the specific comment but instead are taking them to the top of the page.

for example, I just clicked on a push notification to take me to the following url:

https://www.drcarney.com/blog/entry/crunching-the-science-on-juicing#comment-1123,1120

The link works but it does not take me down to the comments. I am wondering if this might be happening now that I am using the eternal scrolling option?
