Publishing Post from Draughts fails?

Hi Support

I have a blog post in the draughts section of my Site.
"You Tube's Copyright Robot & Collateral Damage"
And I can not publish it.
When I press Publish Post the little “Publish Post” button spins and spins and nothing happens!
Also the preview post option did not work!

Please advise.

& PUBLISHING TO FACEBOOK & Co

ARE SWITCHED OFF

& HAVE IT SWITCHED TO REGISTERED USERS ONLY
