Hi,
Where's the ACL setting for viewing toolbar for Public user?
Toolbar is viewable for Public user.
There is option Allowed To View Toolbar under ACL - Registered, Author, etc...but not Public & Guest.
I think before update there's an option to not allow Public to view toolbar.
Please advice.
