Promote an user to access to Easyxx admin menu

Hello

I would like to promote the user 'Bikila' (see screen capture) in order to co-admin the site with me.
To be specific, je need to see all Easyxxx admin menus in http://newclm.com/administrator

I promoted him to 'administrator' groupe but he can not see any 'Composant->Easyxxx menu'

Can you
- explain me how to do it
- and set the right group to 'Bikila' user for me pls ?
