It's not a bug.
Why is it not possible to re-align or re-cut your profile photo?
You have to re-select the photo every time you want to re-align or re-cut it.
Problem: If you upload a profile picture, other users will comment on it, all goes well. But if you delete the stream entry that you uploaded a profile picture from the stream, then there is a problem. Here is the way to follow:
1. upload profile picture
2. comment stream entry (photo)
3. delete stream entry
4. edit profile picture (now you can only select the same picture again for re-align or crop). So take the same picture again.
5. now a new stream entry with the same picture is created again. But the previous comments have disappeared.
Therefore it would be good if you could re-align or crop the profile picture without selecting the photo again.
