Profile edit area

Hi, we'd like to remove the ability for our users to change their password on the Easy Social profile edit page. How do we do this? This is because we only want a single point for password entry and change, namely the Joomla login. The reason for this is that we have Joomla synchronised with a civi crm database and everything stays in sync if there is just a single point for passwords.
