Problems with polls

The tally on my group poll is incorrect. The top item "Light blue" shows 7 avatars but the tally is 8 votes. "Navy blue" appears correct and has 1 avatar and 1 vote. "Brown" has 5 votes but only 1 avatar. I'm sure there were not 5 votes placed on brown. One person's avatar "Dan Hamlin" is listed under light blue, navy blue, and brown although the setting on the poll was to allow only one vote.
