Well the message said:
"Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team."
Could some one please take a look at this for me?
I tried the standard update first and was instructed to download a newer version and then got the above message whilst attempting the advanced method
Am trying to go from 1.2.18 too 1.2.19
