Problem with upgrade on local xampp server

Hello

I just purchased new licenses for EasyBlog and Komento because old ones expired.

I'm trying to upgrade EasyBlog from 3.9.15245 to latest one on Joomla 3.5.6 on my local XAMPP server.
As required in download area I specified online domain.
I downloaded both full and launcher versions.

I'm using launcher version as suggested here:

1. When I select Installation via the Network - FAIL
Downloading Installation Files...
Failed
Your domain is not listed in your license to utilize our installer API Please contact our support team.

2. When I select Installation via Directory - FAIL
I copied "com_easyblog_full_pro_5.0.42_joomla.zip" file in specified directory:
administrator\components\com_easyblog\setup/packages/
and Next step brings:
Extracting component files
Failed
Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team.

Previously I had no problems by use both components, and I could do upgrades in local and online server

Questions
- Why cant I specify both online domain and localhost domain in my dashboard?
- How can I upgrade?
- I cannot (and refuse to) do upgrade on live server because you know why.

Open to suggestions.
